Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

United States and Puerto Rico: 3–5 business days through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees. Dress Code Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR EXCHANGES

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange, including return shipping and shipping for the replacement item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your purchase. If a package is returned to Dress Code Boutique due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to resend the order.
